COVID-19 Workplace Claims

  • Employment Discrimination
  • Work-From-Home/Leave claims
  • Retaliation
  • Unsafe Working Conditions/Lack of PPE
  • Wage and Hour

The overriding themes of all the categories is that best practices cannot be ignored. Managers need to be trained as to the company's obligations and the employees rights.  And of course, documentation and consistent behavior is more important than ever.
